General Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
Product Condition
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail only.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees under our general policy.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted when applicable.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, email us at info@recoveringvitality.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your product.

Elina Pilates
Return Window & Conditions

30-day return policy from the date of shipment.

Merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and complete with all accessories and documentation.

Returns must be received within 10 days after return authorization is issued.
RMA Requirement

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be visibly marked on all returns.

Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed.
Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping and any damage or loss during return transit.
Cash-on-delivery returns are rejected.

Warranty Returns

Order Cancellations

Cancel within 14 days of order entry with no penalty.

After 14 days, a $65 cancellation applies.

Within 7 days of ship date, orders cannot be canceled.
Order Changes

Changes within 14 days of order entry are allowed without fees.

After 14 days, a $65 edit fee applies.

Changes are not possible within 7 days of ship date.

20% restocking fee on returned products sent to factory.

Penguin Chillers
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 21 days from original shipment.
- All returns must be pre-approved.
- Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
Fees
- 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Refund Processing
- Refunds (minus original shipping cost) are issued after inspection.
- Refund processing may take up to 21 days.
Custom Items
- No refunds on custom ordered products or chillers.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders canceled within lead time, prior to shipping, are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Condition & Damages
- If returned dirty, damaged, or missing components, charges may apply to restore the item to original condition.
Exchanges & Refund Timing
- No exchanges.
- Refunds issued within 10 business days after inspection and approval.
- Contact info@recoveringvitality.com for status updates if refund timeline exceeds 15 business days.
Exceptions
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Perishable, hazardous, or custom products may also be excluded.
