Standard Shipping Policy 

For most products sold on our site, the following shipping terms apply:

    Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time are processed according to the handling times below.

  • Handling Time:
    3–5 business days, fulfilled Monday through Friday.

  • Transit Time:
    4–6 business days, shipped Monday through Saturday.

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time:
    7–11 business days, depending on customer location.

Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

Brand-Specific Shipping Exceptions

The following shipping policies apply to specific brands and override the standard shipping terms above.

Elina Pilates

Estimated Shipping Time

  • Elina Pilates products typically ship within 7–14 working days, provided the item is in stock.

Estimated Total Delivery Time:

  • 14-28 business days, depending on customer location.

Shipping Availability

  • Ships within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Delivery Method

  • Large equipment ships via ground freight and is delivered curbside with liftgate service.

  • Products are packed in a box and secured on a skid.

Delivery Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for unpacking, installation, and disposal of packaging materials.

  • Customers must inspect the shipment upon delivery and note any damage on the carrier’s waybill before signing.

Additional Charges

  • Redelivery fees may apply if delivery is attempted when no one is available.

  • Additional charges may apply for stairs, steps, or unusual delivery conditions.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically submitted within 24 hours of purchase, often within 1–2 hours.

Shipping Cost

  • Free shipping on all orders.

Estimated Shipping Time

  • Most products ship within 2–7 business days.

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items may require additional lead time, up to 45 days, depending on the product.

Estimated Total Delivery Time:

  • 3-53 business days, depending on customer location.

Large Item Delivery Information

  • Please allow up to 8 business days for delivery of ready-manufactured products.

  • Items built at the time of order may take up to 6 weeks to ship.

  • We will email you with shipping information and estimated delivery timing as soon as it is provided by the vendor.

Delivery Method

  • The carrier is selected at the vendor’s discretion.

  • Large or freight shipments are delivered curbside or to the driveway.

Delivery Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for unloading heavy items from the truck once delivered.

  • Customers should be prepared to arrange appropriate unloading methods for palletized or crated shipments.

Penguin Chillers

  • 5–7 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time:

  • 9-13 business days, depending on customer location.

Shipping Availability

  • Penguin Chillers ship only to:
    • The continental 48 United States
    • Alaska

Orders placed outside these regions cannot be fulfilled.

Revive Plunge

Processing & Lead Time

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time:

  • 5-8 business days, depending on customer location.

Delivery Method

  • Standard Delivery (Included):
    Curbside delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Important Delivery Notes

  • The carrier will not bring the unit inside or assist with placement.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to move the unit from the curb to its final location.

Special Delivery Requests

  • Deliveries involving stairs, steps, or elevation changes may be accommodated.

  • Please contact our team in advance to request a custom delivery quote.

Summit to Sea

Estimated Lead Time

  • 5–7 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time:

  • 7-11 business days, depending on customer location.

Shipping Availability

  • Summit to Sea products ship only to the continental 48 United States.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations are not supported for this brand.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe contact contact our support team.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Claims for lost or missing shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
