Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Claims for lost or missing shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
